I can sit in my living room comfortably now at 10.51pm on a PH-eve writing this review because QB and team came by at 9.30pm to fix my choke. An eleventh hour request reacted within minutes, all done within the hour. They had to lift up the bowl, expose the pipe and clear the debris. They knew EXACTLY where to look and what to do. Once cleared, they carefully applied cement back and cleaned up nicely. Folks clearly took pride in their work. What a treat to watch them go at it. Pricing was transparent, reasonable, and no upselling. I'd ring them again in a heartbeat. QB's got a great team going.

I can’t recommend them enough! Unlike my previous experience with another plumber who kept haggling over prices and never fixed the problem, this team was fast, efficient and honest. The day before, I was previously paid SGD $600 for work that wasn’t even completed and they ( the other hdb plumber ) were asking for a total of $1,200+ just to cut the pipe without any guarantee.I was like ??? Cut pipe ??? Thankfully, I came across this company’s website and the team solved my problem in just 30 minutes using their strong commercial machines. Beyond that, they even gave great advice and were straightforward throughout, no upselling, no uncertainty. If you want a plumber who actually fixes the problem and has an honest, helpful team, this is the team to call. Truly 5-star service!

Had sought quotation through WhatsApp. I think as end users, the most concerning thing is price shock. The correspondent let me know the price is final and will not proceed to carry out the repair unless the owner is agreeable to the price changes should the actual service scope changes or increases. It is the trust that the person gave over conversation that made me feel comfortable. The service was also prompt. All in all, I hope that customer-centric service will be the consistent hallmark of QB plumping. Cheers

My bathing drain was choked with crystals. But these guys have the equipments, and patience to push through and try different means and ways to resolve my problem. It was hard work. Please help me thank your guys. They are awesome!

QB helped with my master bathroom toiletbowl pipe clog! felt like i should leave a review because: - it’s the first time i’ve encountered plumbing issues, and i was hunting online for a plumber yesterday - i read many reviews and had engaged another highly-rated plumber first, who cleared out some gunk, but could not remove the clog. this plumber used a handheld water jet machine, and said it was the strongest machine the company had, and suggested that i engage an industrial plumber - my husband explained the situation to QB, who responded very quickly and sent 2 pax in an hour or so - QB’s plumbers were super efficient, identified the issue and resolved it within an hour, including removing the toiletbowl and then re-cementing it on later - they were also polite and very considerate, helped to clean up, and took care to wipe their feet before leaving the bathroom and even offered to throw the old clothes they used to clean up. (tip is to have some old clothes and plastic bags ready!) i forgot to get the names of these guys, but so grateful for the help. very impressed, i’m going to stick with QB :)
