I’m disappointed with my experience dealing with QAgency, particularly around communication and transparency regarding fees. I was already paying for an existing web hosting service while also being charged their separate website hosting/maintenance fee. As someone who is not very IT or social media savvy I feel this should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning. When I reached out to ask for clarification around the charges and services being provided, I struggled to get a response. Unfortunately the lack of communication and follow up left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.
I had such a positive experience with Q Agency. Bryce was amazing to work with — very professional, easy to talk to, and really cared about getting the best outcome. He made everything simple and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend him and the team enough!
Would absolutely not recommend. They do not care and do not follow the rules they are supposed to be guided by. Seems like a family owned and run business where they just pretend to a real estate agency but have no idea how to actually handle things. Do yourself a favour and go to a professional instead.
