If one plans to setup business, better for businesses if it's setup for daytime work. Not really comfy to work there especially at night. Main door is only available till around 11:30pm-afterwhich you have to use the back access. Area should be well-lit, but though it's in Makati, its location is not one of the well-lit ones. Really not safe for women

Worst Admin I have ever dealt with. They are borderline arrogant, unaccommodating, unprofessional and unfriendly, they literally put more urgency on their nap time vs. doing their jobs as they commented that i ruined their nap time when I came into their office.. at 10:00AM! guards are okay, but most of them seem to enjoy acting as Jailguards as they try to make it even harder for you, than actually help (just following admin, i guess) They should hire people who are at the very least, courteous. If I had a choice, id never want to go to this building. Its just the worse. If there was a zero star rating, that would be them.

If your'e an applicant or a visitor entering their lobby around 12pm you can't enter until its 1pm. Make sure you come on time around 1pm. Volume of people entering the place will give you a wait time.

This building has the worst, the most horrific policy on visitor entry. They're not friendly to guests and vendors of the tenants and I dont think you would want your business living in a hostile building. The guards are also rude.

Nice office building right in Ayala business district. Near Ayala Triangle Garden and Greenbelt.
