Very good experience. Especially with the sales representative, Javier. On-time delivery, professional service, and good quality.

Terrible experience with Publikrea. From the start, they demonstrated a complete lack of seriousness and commitment: they didn't meet the agreed-upon deadlines, and even after the design was approved, they didn't have the materials, unjustifiably delaying delivery. The installed vinyl started peeling after only four days, reflecting a faulty workmanship and a complete lack of minimum quality standards. When I complained, both the workshop manager and the store manager offered to replace the entire vinyl, saying they would notify me when it was ready. However, they ignored my messages for the next few weeks, and after two weeks, they went back on their promise, attempting to replace it with a "protector" that they themselves had admitted was useless. They also damaged the window seals, which they supposedly would cover by ordering replacements. Currently, more than three months after the product was installed, I still haven't received any solution. Publikrea offers a defective service, with no support, no guarantees, and unprofessional customer service. A deceptive and risky experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

I still haven't received a response regarding their poor work, lack of responsibility, bad communication, terrible materials they use, and arrogant bosses. I absolutely do not recommend them. Save yourself the trouble; go somewhere else. It's not worth it. 🙌

Excellent team, responsible and always willing to solve problems.

Sales executives are more concerned with phone calls than with customers who take the time to visit the store in person. They need to improve their customer service.
