I was a solo traveler and I took the open trip Sunrise Mount Bromo from Malang city. The person that I was communicating was good in replying (occasionally slow) but get the job done, so that is good. The pick up from my hotel to the drop off near Bromo went smoothly, the car is pretty big and comfortable. The jeep taking us around the mountain is great too, slightly small and I wish it could be a bigger jeep. The view was incredible especially the viewing point that we were at. Overall, the service was great and would recommend this to other travelers.
