The initial turn over was choppy and it seems like they may have a lot of turnover as I had to send several emails to various departments to have my site setup. You will have to be proactive with everything they say and make sure they get the job done. The google ads/marketing I signed up for requires a weekly status check from their team to make sure it is optimized. I do not think this occurred as it seemed to be a new member taking it on and you have to explain from the beginning or what you wanted to accomplish. The exit was also sloppy and they said it would be a smooth transition. They did not provide additional support once they knew I was cancelling. If you do not have a website and need marketing I would not recommend this company. The sales person stated there is no contract to sign and you can cancel anytime. That is not the case and requires a 30 day notice. Which they will purposely drag out to make sure they can charge you a final time.

Chris and the team at ProSites have been excellent to work with from start to finish. I used Prosites to help me build my website and initial marketing for a new ophthalmology practice. Chris was incredibly knowledgable, available, and super helpful with guiding me through a stressful and overwhelming process. The website turned out beautifully and I already have patients calling to make appointments even though the office is officially open yet! Would recommend to anyone interested in marketing and website design.

What a ripoff! This company is a total scam! I did invest for SEO services for 7 months and saw no results whatsoever! When I did sign up for SEO and website design, it literally took them 3 months to change the name of my website. Also, because I inherited this company from the doctor who I bought the office from, his Yelp and Facebook accounts are still attached to my website. They did not change it even after 7 months of services and thousands of dollars spent! Furthermore, I was complaining that they didn't change the name of the website, the agent who I was talking to - Nathalia, was saying that they did change it. I took some screenshots and sent it their email, and she changed it at time. Wow...crazzzzzzyyy! Moreover, I was complaining about all these things along the time of the contract, and I wanted to cancel it ASAP, however, I was stuck for 6 months. They new that I want to cancel it but I am still in contract with them, however, instead of canceling in writing 30 days before, I forgot and canceled it 24 days instead of 30, and they still charged me for those 6 days as if I used their last month of "services - doing nothing" If you don't want to get screwed, better look for another marketing company.
