I worked with the company for over six months on Google Ads. Unfortunately, during that time, they burned through over 20,000 PLN of my budget and contributed absolutely nothing to my store's sales. After ending the relationship and disabling the Google Ads campaign, the results remained (a simple conclusion: my Facebook campaigns were working properly, but Google Ads was just burning money). However, I won't be getting my money back. Although the initial contact was professional and the company communicated well, everything fell apart once we signed the contract. Campaign management consisted of one change in the campaign within a month. I deliberately gave the company time to make changes so they could build something. However, I was deeply disappointed and I wouldn't recommend working with this agency to anyone running a small e-commerce business. Certainly not for Google Ads.
