We've been using Pronto for about 7 years and they are AWESOME! I've learned to make some edits myself but most of what we need to do is too complicated for me. They are VERY responsive, usually completing a request with 24 hours but for sure 48 hours. They make all of the adjustments we need accurately and quickly. Cannot say enough good things about Pronto. Justine, Hugo and Norbert are top standouts!!

We are delighted with the service Pronto provides to our company. They promptly reply to our requests every time we submit a ticket. Our communications had been via email in most cases, and if you know how to explain yourself, they will get the job done very well. If you rather talk to someone, you can schedule a call with a rep. We are in a different Time Zone, so most replies happen late at night or dawn, I coordinate with them early morning and focus on my other tasks. In terms of security, they had a very good secured platform. We had requested a list of the security items applied to our website; 2 items are missing out of a list of approx. 10. The other add-ons I can add them, and they are not expensive. My website load time and performance are great from any device. Pronto Team has highly qualified people. Every company's demand is different. Ask the right question, don't assume anything, and you will have an outstanding experience with them. I highly recommend Pronto.

We were reluctant to migrate our site but have to hand it to the Pronto team- they made it really simple. Our site looks and runs better than ever.

We've been using Pronto since 2015. They do a great job, service is good. Any changes we need done on the website, they get it done pretty quickly and quality of work is good too. They have made website management (which as a business owner I don't have time for, being a small business with only 7 people, nor do we have marketing expertise in-house) very easy for us. Very happy with the ongoing service and support.
