I spent two days at the Project 111 "Become a Diamond 💎" coaching workshop in Willingen and found it truly interesting and valuable. It focused heavily on getting to know myself better, becoming more aware of my own feelings, and gaining clarity about what I really want and who I want to become. In addition to the theoretical topics, there were also practical elements such as meditation, morning yoga, and short warm-up exercises. I also found the exchange with other participants very enriching, as we were able to reflect on many topics together and hear different perspectives. For me, it was two intense days filled with many new ideas and insights that I can definitely apply to my daily life. Overall, a very interesting experience.
