Customer service via WhatsApp needs improvement. I recently requested a quote for two ads, but the person who assisted me only sent a quote for one. When I asked for a correction, the response I received was neither appropriate nor courteous. It's important to remember that they are dealing with customers, and good service makes all the difference.

Very poor workmanship. I ordered a round illuminated sign, 60cm in diameter, and they delivered one with opaque lighting. It only illuminates the edges, with very little light in the center, failing to show the brightness of the letters, which is the main benefit. I have a neon sign that reflects much more light. Luis, the manager or owner, defended himself by comparing it to cars (as if the work I paid for was free), explaining that the other signs are made of canvas, which is why they shine brighter than the vinyl he sold me. He implied that I should be grateful for the "vinyl." I do not recommend them, especially since they don't honor their warranty. I've attached a video so you can see what I mean. Note: Unfortunately, I received negative feedback about their work, but I had already paid, so they already have a reputation.

Horrible! They did a shoddy job, they don't answer customer messages, and they don't wait for a sample to be validated before printing. The manager isn't in the store, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. The dyes don't dry properly (toxicity for food or cosmetics). I don't recommend them.
