Quick to invoice but very slow to deliver any kind of service. Timelines and clients aren't a priority and most of the staff were on holiday/off in my 1st month, so weeks go by with few communication or results. Very trying and disappointing experience, not to mention costly in the long run for me , a small business who urgently needed help as I had been hacked and had a new website up.
