I first met Plug about three years ago when I was looking for a house. We decided to move back into my parents' home (this property), so we began by identifying issues with our current lifestyle. Through detailed discussions, we were able to proceed with the renovations in a good relationship. Although my parents lived far away at the time, they even came to our showroom for meetings. They also provided videos and images of the progress of the construction, even though we were far away, and accommodated remote meetings, which was very helpful. They also answered my questions, explaining what was and wasn't possible, which gave me peace of mind. I was particularly concerned about barrier-free access. This was our biggest challenge, so I was extremely happy to see that we were able to overcome it. We are now living comfortably. My wife, who had struggled in a cramped kitchen, seems to feel more at ease now that the space is larger. Needless to say, she looks forward to coming home. Separating the bathroom and shower in a two-family home allows us to interact with each other from time to time, and I believe this has strengthened our family bond. Finally, I'm grateful that the project was completed on schedule.
