Came to collect our portable air con after servicing. Mr Yeo the technician was very friendly, kind and delivers outstanding service! Not only he explained what parts were changed, he gave advices on the "Do's" & "Don't" and the maintenance that I should clean weekly/every 2 months. The louiest product that I gotten from this company. A shaver that died within less than 6 months and won't charge up. A garment Steamer that was broken and still delivered to me. Replacement came but steamer 'spit' out water and wet the clothes and then died. Feedback for help and after weeks still no reply. How to support a local company? If a minus star can be given trust me I will give.

bought this product on shoppee less then 6 months now and still have warranty and you people just see the photos, also in the shoppee their platform they put 1 video of this product blowing a dog with that kind of big wind speed is also fake because i've use it until now and the fan turn on to number 3 is worst then my home fan speed number 1, to use this product for the cool air you new to put a lot of ice pack block and cold water and also put it until very near to your body then you can feel the cold air, also just look at the button use only how many times it became like that! ! ! and what they say is true cheap stuff doesn't means is a good stuff and anyway i am going to throw this product away and buy a better 1 with remote and if you people think this is good for you please go buy it.........lolz

Amazing overall experience with PowerPac (aka Everson Electrical (S) Pte Ltd). Dropped by the service centre to collect my Vornado 6303DC fan, after having left it there for some repairs. Ah Guo, the engineer there who attended to me, and also worked on the fan), was exemplary, and assured me that he had thoroughly tested the fan over 2 weeks. This effort was made, in order to confirm that the fan was fully functional and useable. He also brought some sample components to explain what had gone wrong with the fan and systematically walked me through the repairs that were made. How many service centres actually do that these days? To say I was surprised, would have been an understatement. As he walked me through to the office so that I could pay for the repairs, I also noticed how the staff were smiling and happy. They weren't lazing about mind you, but very visibly working happily. This makes me wonder about the culture of the company, where the staff are in such good spirits. In any case, highly recommended, and glad that the cost of a Vornado fan is backed by such excellent support. Ah Guo, thanks again for all your effort! 👍👍👍
