We had our association's website built by Powderkeg, and they are now our web hosting company. I can't say enough good things about their ongoing support for custom website hosting customers. We are a very small organization with no IT or tech personnel on staff, and being able to send an email to my contact at Powderkeg and have them help me through any errors I am seeing on my end is a true gift. They have always been willing to help us add new features and make updates necessary due to our quirky database system, always with expertise and grace. Many thanks to the Powderkeg team, especially our lead developer Matt Engebregtsen!

We needed a web company that aligned well with our company strategy of providing custom services to our clients, and Powderkeg fit the bill perfectly. Not only did they meet with us to understand our core values and processes, but they blew us away with the custom-designed site that matched what we were looking for. The designer Matt is an absolute rock star. Our project manager Dylan was attentive and communicative, and their development team was fast and on top of every task we asked of them. After going through a few site redesigns in the past, this was by far the best experience I've had, and I can't recommend them enough!

I worked with Dylan, Nick, Matt and their team at Powderkeg on a website overhaul. The made the process easy! Response times were super quick if I had any feedback or questions. They took the brand guidelines and created a beautiful design. When it came time to launch, their team was able to quickly resolve any issues that popped up. We partnered with PowderKeg on a complete site update and I would choose them again, a hundred times over. From the very beginning, their team was responsive and easy to communicate with. During the discovery process, they asked thoughtful questions, offered suggestions, and made sure we were making choices that would serve us well long-term. Throughout the process, you could tell their team was not only capable, but invested in getting things right. Powderkeg recently helped in the redesign/refresh of the Mounds Pet Food Warehouse website. They were great to work with and extremely professional during the entire project. They made all of the changes and updates in a very timely manner. They had lots of great input and suggestions. They took my visions and ideas and helped us create a more user friendly page. Overall we are very happy with the new look and the follow-up service we receive from the Powderkeg team.
