Poulet - Kallang Wave Mall

My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with great care and quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying. What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service. The staff, Sheedah especially, were warm, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with excellent food and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning again.

I’m a frequent customer . Supeeeerrrr love the brussel sprouts. Always ordered the 1/2 chicken with mushroom sauce. Definitely the quality has been so good since forever. The customer service also very nice lady named Linda. She greeted us lovingly. For sure will come again :)

This is clearly an above average venue, but I’m rating it 4 stars mainly because of how poorly reservations are handled. We tried calling 5–6 times with no answer and eventually had to contact head office, only to be told they don’t take reservations at all. For a restaurant of this caliber, that’s disappointing—especially for large groups. They should seriously consider allowing reservations with a deposit via a payment link for diners who are genuinely committed. We were welcomed by Linda, who was very accommodating given that we were a large group of 11 there for a surprise birthday celebration. Be aware that the restaurant will not seat you until your entire group has arrived, which made things a bit stressful. That said, Linda relented and we were eventually seated in a back corner that offered some privacy. Service was mixed. While the food was served promptly, the tone and manner of some of the serving staff came across as curt and unfriendly, which detracted from the overall experience. Food-wise, the rotisserie chicken, beef pot pie, oxtail stew, salad and other dishes were good, with a special shout-out to the seafood stew, which really stood out. Chilled flavored drinks were refreshing too. Ambience was great and allowed us to enjoy a semi-private celebration without booking a private room. Note: if you bring your own cake, they won’t store it in their chiller. This wouldn’t have been necessary if desserts or celebration cakes were available. They will provide disposable cutleries and plates though. All in all, the surprise dinner event was successful and the birthday boy was elated.

Poulet at Kallang Wave Mall is a wonderful place for a comforting French meal. The signature roasted chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavour, and the mushroom soup and sides paired perfectly. The ambience is cozy and great for both casual meals and small celebrations. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

To me Poulet is a place where you can find expectable comfort food friendly to your wallet and tummy. It’s been awhile since I’ve visited this location. Taste is still there no complains…they are understaff but they do their best, my respect for them. Keep it up.
