Our experience has been mixed. Initially, everything went quite well, and they were very friendly. They interviewed us to understand what we wanted to do with the website. When they scheduled us for the first phase, which was to create the brand design and logo, they presented us with a logo and colors that didn't quite fit us. We had to calm Imanol down because he wouldn't accept that we didn't completely like the design and didn't feel it represented our essence. We agreed not to continue with them and to get our money back, and we're still waiting. We wish them the best, but to be honest, we haven't found them to be professional or honest.
