From the onset, Tyler was able to locate the issue right away upon first visit. He walked me through what had happened, solutions, all options. Given the tight quarters to get to the leak below my upstairs tub, Tyler coordinated with Corey, and the 2 of them worked together to access a VERY tight spot while communicating through the wall on both sides of the tub fixture and wastewater drain. I know that was not an easy or fun task, but Corey really got up in there and contorted himself to adjust to the fix that was needed. That says alot about passion for their work. I even had Tyler troubleshoot a stubborn downstairs shower leak, in which he was able to pinpoint the true cause, and provided D.I.Y. instructions for now, while discussing future options as well. He is very knowledgeable and great bedside manner, which is EXACTLY the customer service level you want from a tech at your house..We also discussed some future bids I may pull the trigger on later this year. Both techs were EXTREMELY professional, answered all my questions, and worked in tandem to get the job done in a good amount of time. As a VP of Customer Success in my field, there are "traits" you look for in employees who want to "define" your service levels in the work they do every day.. these are 2 of those guys.. you need to go hire 8 or 10 more techs just like these 2. Very professional and reasonably priced. I requested service to wrap up a bathroom remodel. Tyler came out and talked me through two of the three things that needed to be done that I could easily fix on my own and he ended up resetting and leveling the toilet. Well done and I will use them again if I need plumbing work again.

Tyler helped me out with a small job - gave some great advice during the quote and didn’t charge when I ended up not needing their services. They were quick to respond, show up, and had quality customer service. Will go back here whenever I need plumbing support in the future.

We had yet another great experience with Port Orchard Plumbing, this time with Tyler. We had an issue with our subfloor and needed to have our toilet reset and a new wax ring built up. Everything was smooth and the conversation was great. Highly recommend.
