Ho investito per un totem pubblicitario 1800€ per ritrovarmelo spento da oltre un anno perché ogni tre x due deve esser riconfigurato. Ogni volta che chiamo per aver assistenza incrocio le dita. È da più di un mese che aspetto un nuovo modem che ancora non si vede all’orizzonte… E intanto i soldi per l’abbonamento l’ho pagato… Pessimo investimento di marketing

Little attention to the customer, you have to insist endlessly to get a response. The website was poorly designed and contains numerous errors. When faced with a "computer-literate" customer, they certainly don't offer the best solution in terms of performance, but rather the one that's simplest for them and most limiting for the customer.

I found this place to be dynamic and modern in every way. From customer care to employee well-being. A place where I felt a sense of belonging, helpfulness, and professionalism.
