I delivered a printer with faulty rollers. They told us the diagnosis would take 3-5 days, but I waited 7. If I didn't contact them, they wouldn't respond. After I finally called, they made me wait another 3 days because they said it was disassembled. When they finally returned it, we inspected it, and it was exactly as we had brought it in, as if I hadn't even touched it. And for that "diagnosis," they charged me 25,000, not to mention they had previously told me it would cost 15,000 or more to fix. In short, terrible service, not recommended at all.
Impeccable service, very responsible and dedicated. They not only did their job, but they also corrected a previous botched job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They did what few do: they took the time to explain to the client what the problem was and how to fix it. Flawless work, 100% recommended. Their service is totally worth the cost, as they don't try to pull the wool over your eyes. 👍🏼👌🏼
I built a mid-range gaming PC for work/play/to start strimer. I was afraid of leaving the PC. It was still invested in part of 10 percent, but they were super professional. I was the insistent one, but they were still kind. For a diagnosis, it's obvious that they have to take their time and examine the equipment. Don't be afraid to bring your PC or notebook. I brought my PC that was around 900 lucas. They fixed it. They were super professional. I give them a 10 out of 10, thank you.
A while ago, I took my laptop in for a screen problem. I was told this was a good place, so I went. They said they'd have the diagnosis in 3 to 5 business days, which was helpful since I need it for work. Five days passed, and when I contacted them to check on it, they said they were behind schedule. In the end, it took almost two weeks for them to either read my message or not respond at all. When they finally gave me the "diagnosis," they didn't really know what was wrong with it. They didn't know if it was the screen, the flex cable, the RAM, etc. And they were charging me over $300 to fix "everything" it could be. In short, a bad experience, and I don't recommend them. I went somewhere else, and they told me what the problem was, fixed it, and it was cheaper.
Excellent service! They were able to fix my laptop after it was damaged by liquid, and I'm truly grateful. If you go, keep in mind that most repair shops are very busy, so you'll need to be patient and they might not be able to meet the estimated timeframe. 🙏 But the wait was totally worth it. Thank you so much for your kindness and for giving me hope after my laptop was nearly ruined, and for offering me a more affordable option. Thank you so much!
