Plus Promotion has done excellent, competent work with my website. They are quite responsive to my requests.

Perhaps Plus Promotions were better in the past, but my experience with them in 2025 was unprofessional and unethical. I initially spoke with Dylan and was later passed to Rajiv. In addition to bragging how good they are and overpromising, the delivery of the work was extremely late, and upon requesting changes to the content and structure of the website, these have been refused. Moreover, the agency engaged in unethical practices by changing my hosting and website login credentials without my approval and blocking my website, claiming I had not paid the final invoice. This invoice was incorrectly credited, and my requested changes were refused. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they refused to restore access, forcing me to legally prove ownership of my hosting in order to regain control. Over five months, I paid more than €3,000 for services including a website revamp, SEO, social media posts, Google Ads, and monthly performance reports. Despite this: 1. The website revamp took four months and remains incomplete, with basic AI-generated content. The work was never checked by an a manager. 2. Poor social media posts were delivered. Some SEO and that’s all. No google ads, local SEO or anything else they promised. 3. Monthly performance reports were not provided as promised. 4. The promised £250 audit credit was never applied. 5. Invoices were often sent late, and they blamed me for delays in payment. Their actions — taking my website offline without authorisation, refusing to implement requested corrections, and blocking hosting access — have negatively impacted my business. I do not wish this to happen to any other business owner and strongly caution against using this agency.
