Found Jerry online and texted him about the issue I was facing with my washing machine drainpipe. He correctly diagnosed that it's a chokage issue with my kitchen floortrap. This is my second time calling Jerry. His response is prompt and I was able to secure a visit by him very soon. Not the cheapest in town but definitely a good, quality job done. He makes sure he finds out the root of the issue and fixed it. This is so important for things like plumbing as we do not want issues so often. Today called him due to sink water not flowing. I had other plumber coming to fix this before, they usually just use the machine to clear, water can drain and finished the job. Today Jerry finally found the real issue - there was a huge cement lodged in the mid of the pipe (picture 2).. He tried different ways to dislodge it and finally was able to remove it. Thank you Jerry and I strongly recommend his service to anyone with plumping issue.
