Uncle Meng was super professional, engaged him as my kitchen sink chocked and flooded my kitchen floor. His response time was fast (called him and got a message reply very fast!) Price is affordable, trust worth uncle. definitely recommend!
Mr Ken Goh and his wife are the nicest people ever. I made a last minute enquiry at 10pm due to a broken/leak bidet pipe and they were able to accommodate me at close to 11pm. They were very friendly, helpful and even taught me how to turn off the master water supply in case i required. They even helped to fix my faulty tap at no extra charge. Super appreciative for their help at this late timing!!
Ken Goh and his wife did a great job fixing my toilet bowl. They even found and repaired a crack that I wasn’t aware of and removed the stains professionally. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Quite a weird and suspicious company. Called Meng for a plumber job, he and Ken were very responsive and enthusiastic initially. Then I asked if they are licensed. I don’t think it’s an unfair question to ask. Then right after that, they asked if I am the owner of the house and suddenly said they can’t do such jobs. They proceeded to block me on WhatsApp (all messages became single tick) and when I called Ken, he hung up on me halfway. Very defensive and strange??? If not licensed just say not licensed what’s the big deal, unless they are doing illegal work or going against PUB guidelines.
Ken and his wife who came to fix my basin choke was very professional and efficient. He solved the problem quickly and left everything clean. Highly recommended!
