From onboarding through to completion, the Plug and Play team were exceptional. They supported us in rebuilding our existing website on a new CMS and guided us through implementing an SEO strategy, something that was entirely new for us. From the outset, they grasped our brief and translated it into a clear and effective plan that delivered exactly what we were aiming for. I had a great experience working with Plug & Play to deliver our new website for parcelLab - from the early SEO strategy right through to final delivery. Over the last 10 months, we’ve been working closely with the brilliant team at Plug & Play to completely rebuild our website and reimagine our brand from the ground up. It’s been a HUGE project… and honestly, they’ve been incredible from day one. From the very first call, they just got us. The SEO research and technical analysis they carried out at the project outset went far beyond what we expected and set the foundations we still use; deep, thoughtful and genuinely insightful. It’s given us such a strong foundation to build on, and it shows just how invested they are in helping their clients succeed long after launch day. With a check-in in a few months time to see how our SEO efforts have succeeded and what might need a slight tweak. What I’ve loved most is how collaborative and human the whole experience has been. We never once felt like just another client on a list, ever. They’ve been partners in the truest sense… responsive, patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. We recently worked with Plug and Play on the design and build of a new website for our established wedding venue. The team were fantastic to work with: responsive, imaginative and efficient. We loved the design process and have come away with a site that ticks all the boxes we were hoping for: authentic to our brand, original and aesthetically beautiful while also providing the not insignificant levels of functionality that we require.
