Called Pleasant Air to check why my AC was not cooling in my condominium. They quickly determined my 25+ year old HVAC unit had reached its lifetime and needed to be replaced. They provided a reasonable price to replace the unit and were able to get it done the next day. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation. Would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
I had to best experience with Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric. Starting with Jeremy who is so pleasant and informative. Billy who came out to give me a quote and finally the installation team. All of them were so polite, neat, explained everything and very trustworthy. Also, the price was very fair. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me. I can’t say enough good things about Pleasant Air. They installed a new AC unit in my home last year, and recently I noticed the first floor wasn’t regulating temperature properly. I gave them a call, and not only did they respond quickly, but they came out twice to make adjustments and never charged me a dime. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, Pleasant Air truly stands behind their work. They could have easily charged for additional service calls, but instead they focused on making sure the system was working correctly and that I was satisfied. That level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to their customers means a lot and is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Pleasant Air to anyone looking for a company that not only does quality work but also stands behind it long after the installation is complete.
Pat was friendly and efficient. Showed me what the problem was and went to work fixing it. I’ve used Pleasant AC and Electric and other AC companies in the area before. Pleasant AC is far more customer service oriented an they are reasonably priced.
We had an air conditioner unit fail on one of the hottest days of the summer. Called Jeremy and Team, and received same-day service! From phone call to a cool house was less than six hours. Fantastic customer service!
