Terrible service. Being denied entry and being kicked out because of a pet is completely absurd. I have a perfectly trained German Shepherd, and I was going to place a large order for a company because I had the impression that it was at least a reputable business. But they chose to deny me entry, and I was humiliated in front of everyone when they kicked me out. Because of this, they lost a huge sale. The unbelievable thing is that I've been there several times with the same dog and there was never a problem, and now there was. For this reason, they lost a corporate client who has ordered a lot of work from them. My recommendation is that they look for other agencies that are friendly and allow pets. These kinds of non-pet-friendly establishments should be ashamed to still be open. Even shopping malls, banks, and other reputable establishments allow pets. Don't they realize it's 2026? They're incompetent.
