Pizza Hut @ Choa Chu Kang Sports Centre

Staffs here are friendly and proactive. My go to always their ‘my box’, customizable and enough for solo dining. Its location is not in the busy central area, covering the reach to the less busy area for Lim Bang. Seats are not plenty, well, always options of taking it away.

Excellent service by the very cheerful and friendly Ms. Christine..pizza was hot and nice..no waiting time..pizza was ready at the time mention on the pick up order..

One of the worst pizzahut outlet they keep taking orders vs doing at least a good quality pizza. I ordered earlier for takeaway pizza at 6:20pm when i came to pick up they made me and others wait. I waited for 1 hour.... also the pizza was inedible all burnt no sauce its obvious the staff there just anyhow put in sauce and toppings and put the oven on full temp that some meat are not cooked properly.... Very obvious that the reviews are here are fake too cause even the Bukit Batok branch was even better they would cut off there selling of pizza to focus on quality not quantity.... Last time i would order from this branch keep disappointing my family every time....

Ordered a DOUBLE Cheeseburger Melts but was given only a single. To make matters worse, if I hadn’t checked and spoken up during self-collection, they would’ve forgotten my soft drinks too. I tried calling their hotline to give feedback—no one picked up. Submitted a complaint through their app, but received no response. Very disappointing that there was no attempt at service recovery. As for the food itself, I wouldn’t recommend the Cheeseburger Melts. It tasted exactly like a rushed, low-effort version of what it claims to be—uninspired and underwhelming.
