These guys recently built a website for our trainee doctor research network which was funded by a grant. The entire process from proposal to handover of a shiny new website has been exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with a dynamic and talented team who were able to accurately realise my vision. I valued a couple of in-person meetings initially to strike up relationships and agree on our approach. The website itself is expertly crafted and ideal for our needs which will undoubtedly support the evolution of our network – A heartfelt recommendation from me!

This company made my website and provided all the necessary services for almost 12 year. What started as an excellent service, has significantly deteriorated with time and I had to move my website and SEO management to other providers a year ago. The attention to the work is poor with new and what appears poorly trained staff, and this has caused me with the Rights Control where images have been used without appropriate right in 2018, costing me time, money and anxiety of how many more to expect and the need to change all the images on my website to avoid another similar incidence. The company does not take responsibility and the respond is “ Unfortunately, things like this do crop up from time to time. It is rare, but it happens. Our team over the years has always been told to not use any licensed images”. In short they are not a safe website provider. I have given 2 star as they did a great job when I needed a website.

Communications is all managed really efficiently through Base Camp which makes project management and tracking a very simple process. Chris head of PK has pulled together some of the best in the business, and it is a joy to work with them all.

We conducted a thorough process to select our website developer and Pixel Kicks stood out. They understood our tech stack prior to joining them, they understood the brief, the company and most importantly, what we were trying to accomplish. They went out of their way to understand the PIM we sought to invest in by going that extra mile by attending face-to-face or on calls if required. Their prices weren't the cheapest of the developers we contacted but seemed the most accurate. They have a stable residence, openly encourage regular contact, and genuinely want clients to do well. They appear not to be interested in taking on huge brands which swallow up time and resource at the detriment of their existing customers, which gives us confidence that as an SME we won't be sidelined. The process of design, build and project management was very professional. It wasn't always plain sailing, but we appreciated Chris' diligence to work through some of the teething issues we experienced and honesty about what was happening in the background. All-in-all, we are happy with the website building blocks we now have in place moving forward - it's far more professional, brand orientated, stable, ecom focused and most importantly, starting to produce results.
