We hired Pixel Army for website development and couldn’t be happier with the results. The site is faster, easier to navigate, and looks great. Post the development, we also engaged with them for SEO and Digital advertising services. We’ve already noticed better engagement from visitors thereafter. The team was professional and delivered everything on time.

UPDATE APR 2026 After some lengthy discussions with their ownership team due to past issues mentioned previously, it looks like Pixel Army committed to completing the project and improving their reputation here. They had hired some helpful people to assist at the company and we set new project timelines and parameters together. We worked with their account manager Gregory (who is local) and he kept proper communication with our team to ensure the project was completed and errors were fixed. Our site was launched recently and we are happy with its performance and can continue to build on the confidence that we had with the team in the past.

UPDATE "THREE STARS" Feb 2-2026 Pixel Army contacted me to offer their apologies and offer to finish the website. They said they were having staffing problems and that is why no one would contact us back. However, we have already hired someone else to complete the site so they instead offered to provide free support and other digital services so I revised their rating. INITIAL "ONE STAR" - Hired these guys for a non profit website design over 1 year ago, they took the deposit and provided a very low quality product then became unavailable to continue working on it. Now they no longer return calls or emails. They took money from a non-profit organization and stopped returning calls.

Pixel Army did an outstanding job with the redesign of our website for Fox Hollow Golf Course. The team, led by account manager Savanna, was incredibly communicative and thorough throughout the entire process. Savanna was always available to answer any questions we had and the designers were very responsive to our feedback. The turnaround time for corrections was always prompt and the final product exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the website and highly recommend Pixel Army for any web design projects.

Sadly this needs to be said. I generally never write bad reviews for companies but this time I believe it’s needed. I won’t go into detail about my experience but if you read Matthew’s review from 11 months ago he nails it. All I’ll say is that they now have a lack of empathy, support and just general knowledge. They didn’t even know what services we had on the website that they built for us, and charged us an obscene amount of money every time we needed anything, even basic things. Admittedly, like Matthew there were red flags, but we, like him ignored them. And it was costly. This once great company (pixel army) which has now been acquired by Netlynx, is no longer the company we originally were happy to pay $20,000 cad for a custom website back in 2017. At that time I actually gave the company a 5 star review myself. Unfortunately today I need to change that. In our experience, which was great pre acquisition, has been an absolute nightmare since the Netlynx acquisition. They went from a high level customer service company to a company that seems to only care about money. You will see a lot of great reviews for this company in the past, but let me assure you this is no longer who they are. Matthew’s review is spot on and I would also recommend the same, if you are look for a company to build and host your site I would proceed with extreme caution.
