Enjoyed it. Breakfast served on weekends only.. had the Clark Gable breakfast sandwich, decent. Good crowd.. great place to people watch. I've heard the burgers are great. Going back for the burger and the hike to the Carole Lombard plane. Love the history.. cool spot.

A Step Back in Time… Cool Bar, Great Vibe, Friendly Staff all in a funky little town that’s a real step back in time. I loved it. It was a cold night so they had the huge potbellied stove fired up keeping the place toasty warm. It felt like Wyatt Earp or Doc Holiday could walk through the door at any moment. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and a couple of Modelo Negra’s and it hit the spot. The Pioneer Bar is a Harvest Host and there’s no way I would’ve found this little town, a photographers gem, if these guys weren’t a host. They approved my stay in record time which I really appreciate in that it helps me in the planning of my trip. Thank you Pioneer Bar for allowing my stay.

Chill Desert Vibes, Minor Gunfight, Great Company Stopped by Goodsprings for a quiet getaway. Ended up defending the entire town from a gang. Typical Tuesday. Met up with my guy Easy Pete absolute legend. We were just hanging out, enjoying the peaceful desert breeze, discussing the philosophical implications of dynamite, when suddenly some powder-themed hooligans decided they didn’t like small-town hospitality. Let me say this: The vibes? Immaculate. The scenery? 10/10 dusty charm. The sudden armed conflict? Slightly inconvenient. I stepped in as the town’s unofficial “Head of Security” (self-appointed), organized some defensive positions, and gave a motivational speech that was 60% confidence and 40% panic. The gang showed up expecting an easy takeover. Instead, they got: Coordinated resistance Strategic rooftop positioning Questionable but effective use of explosives Easy Pete supervised emotionally (and wisely kept his safe distance). Town morale increased immediately after the last shot was fired. Everyone acted like I didn’t just save their entire economy, but that’s small-town humility for you. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Limited nightlife General store closes early Getting shot at slightly disrupted my relaxation schedule Overall though? Solid desert retreat. Friendly locals. Great place to defend if you’re in the mood for heroism with a side of tumbleweeds. Would absolutely hang out again. Might even bring more ammo next time.

This is the maybe the oldest bar in Southern Nevada. I am not a drinker but the atmosphere and vide are phenomenal. Good food, good service. It is a great place to drive or ride

What an iconic pub. It’s like you’re in a movie set but it’s the real deal. The food looked and tasted delicious. It’s certainly a great venue but was disappointed that the staff weren’t very helpful when their ATM machine ran out of cash but still charged me the full amount I was trying to receive. Stated that the boss was coming to talk to us and never did. I understand that it’s just an ATM company’s machine being used but it’s like they didn’t even care or want to help us.
