Pioneer Plumbing Restoration

What started as sewage backing up into the basement drain and a post on Facebook for recommendations turned into a 9 day project after Pioneer contacted me directly on messenger about helping me. Chase came while I was at work and my husband was home. He worked all day snaking and jetting but had no luck clearing the line. The old Orangeberg pipe was just too damaged and full of roots so he suggested a 10 foot replacement but when Ethan and Jon exposed the line it was found to be joined into my neighbors pipe which is not code and causing backup, complete blockage of the line.The only solution was an entire new lateral to the city sewer main in the street.Ethan, Chase and Jon worked in cold, raining weather through equipment failures and caving muddy trenches for 9 days. Yes it was expensive but these guys earned every penny and were professional and kept me informed of the whole process, showing me the old pipe broken open completely full of solids.They put 2 new stand pipes for future clean outs and strawed and seeded the yard.I also liked how the company sends texts and a photo of the actual workers coming each day.Having financing available was a Godsend.

They had great communication with me throughout the entire process, giving me status updates and bringing me in for any decisions to be made. Ethan and Jon did an amazing job on our project. The Communication each morning and at the end of their workday gave me an update that I really appreciated. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day and then when the entire four-day project was completed. Greg and the entire Pioneer Plumbing team were awesome to work with. Pioneer has been saved to my phone list as my permanent contact for such repairs! They do excellent work! We had a sewer pipe that needed to be replaced. Ethan and John were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. They were finished in two days and did an excellent job. Even the back fill and seeding looked good!
