Pioneer Plumbing

The tech from Pioneer switched out a pipe. It took about 30 minutes and I was charged $1400. Turns out that was not the problem. He said I needed a total repiping job. Pioneer quoted a price of $18,823.66. Then I would have to hire a contractor to repair the drywall. I contacted a different company and they did the total repiping and patched the drywall in two days for a price of $4,800.

Pioneer was recommended by a company I trust and have used for over a decade for HVAC service. Pioneer Plumbing’s work was done efficiently and they showed up on time. While the price was more than I was expecting it was within my budget. Ryan and Jesus did a great job with the water heater replacement and also addressed some minor maintenance issues. Pioneer Plumbing was quick to respond to my call request. Aaron did a great job looking at all our options and giving a few choices of different level services with no pressure. We appreciate that very much. The job of replacing an RO tank was quick and he spent the time making sure everything was correctly working. He has an apprentice with him and he did a good job training. We will not hesitate to call Pioneer Plumbing again for any needs.

Everything went great! I called Pioneer for an annual water heater check and they were able to come out the same day (!) Daniel and Adrian checked the WH and did a thorough pass around both the inside and outside of the house to see if there were any issues. They answered all the questions we had and did small things like tweak the water pressure setting to increase it a bit. They also suggested replacing the (very old) main shutoff valve outside the house and were able to complete it during the same visit after we agreed. Both techs were courteous and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate at all to request them for our next job.

I cannot say enough kind things about the young man Adrian who was assigned to due a maintenance $80 hot water drain. Unfortunately I had a potential larger disaster waiting to happen with the water pressure that was extremely high. My neighbor had just recently had a disaster in his kitchen from his water pressure being too high. These homes were built in the 1980"s. However, back to the young service man, Adrian. He was courteous, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable of his craft and was determined to solve the problem. His work ethic is to be commended. My $80 bill swelled to a greater amount. However, it may have cost me less in the long run of a more major disaster. Pioneer Plumbing may be a little higher in pricing, but the quality of their service men like Adrian may just be worth the price.
