I had a kitchen sink backup this weekend and needed help fast. I called Pioneer Plumbing and Dustin answered the phone right away. He listened to the problem, and I was genuinely impressed when he arrived within an hour. Dustin quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Even better, he went the extra mile and installed our new faucet while he was there. He was professional, efficient, and thorough the entire time. I’m so glad I found this company! Dustin is always fantastic to work with for our plumbing needs. We had a sump pump failure at a Cd'A rental property and needed emergency repair. Dustin was able to arrive at the job within one hour and determine that the sump pump electrical plug had come loose. He cleaned the plug and re-connected it properly which fixed the problem. Pioneer Plumbing didn't even charge us for a service call. This was totally great service and an unbelievable value. I needed to have a plumbing inspection on my home, and having not lived in this area for several years I did a Google search and found Pioneer Plumbing. I must say from the scheduling of my appointment to the completion of the inspection, my experience was nothing short of professional. The scheduling process was thorough; I was sent text messages reminding me of my appointment window the day before my appointment, and the day of my appointment I was sent a text message to inform me they were on their way. When Will and his apprentice arrived, they were polite and professional. Will was knowledgeable and answered all my questions completely and thoroughly, completed the inspection, provided me with valuable suggestions, and I never felt rushed or that I couldn't ask a question throughout the inspection. I was provided a complete report in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased with Will as a definitive representative of Pioneer Plumbing, and I will definitely trust Pioneer Plumbing if I have a plumbing in the future. Thank you so much.

Doesn't get any better. Dustin and Nick replaced our 30 year old gas water heater with a 50 gallon Bradfor White model in about 3 hours. That includes evaluation and submitting a bid to job completion. Now that's efficient. They presented themselves in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner which we feel was above reproach. We've never been more comfortable and at ease with someone working on our house.
