Robert visited our house recently to complete our lawn care service. Normally our technicians from other companies come out and simply say they sprayed and they will see me in a few months. He specified the exact kinds of weeds seen and told us they were treated. He pointed out that we need to water more, so he cares not just about doing his job, but the actual life of our lawn. I’ve had pioneer awhile & they always try to make it right when I’ve had weeds or issues come up but what gives them 5 stars is their employees. They hire trustworthy people like Patrick who knew how to act quickly when my door was left open. Patrick called me right away & went above & beyond to make sure everything was okay. The maintenance is great, price is great but people like Patrick is why I’ll stay a loyal customer.
