Curtis came to the house to determine the issue with our HVAC and get another one installed. He as very helpful and friendly. He let us know exactly what the issues were and all of our options. We were able to scheduled right away. The technicians, Jeremiah and Ishmael, were very respectful and kind. They were quiet as they moved in and out of the house and worked quickly to get the installation finished. They left everything the way they found it and showed us the new installation and how to use the new thermostat. It was a pleasure working with all of them. We now have a nice and cold upstairs with a unit that is working very well!

They quoted me close to $1000 to replace a faucet in my Roman tub, told me they had to cut a hole in the opposite wall. Good thing I researched and found somebody else that was more than half the price less, been in business for years in the area and had it replaced without putting a hole in my wall in 20 minutes! Pioneer is way overpriced. I will never use them again.

Prompt, polite, and professional! Emerick arrived as scheduled, extremely polite, respectful of my home, and very professional. He conducted a thorough examination of my existing system and explained everything to my husband and me. I highly recommend Pioneer Air. If I could give them more stars, I would definitely do it

Zane came today when my 8-month old, Pioneer-installed air conditioner quit putting out cool air. He spent almost 2 hours determining the cause and fixing it. He stopped along the way to explain the problem and possible causes. He eliminated them one by one, communicating every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, extremely professional and pleasant. I remain a Pioneer customer because of people like Zane.

For some reason, the review page keeps taking me to Frogs plumbing. Wanted to make sure I’m in the right place. Boss man came out Thursday (2/13) after I called them to ask them to come bury my lines they left out because of flooding that would take place currently. They came with city codes and only did an inspection. Gave me my green sticker of approval then he said that someone would be here yesterday (2/14/25) to bury the lines. I waited all day. No one showed up. No calls, no texts, no emails. So now my yard is currently flooding like I warned him would happen. I’m extremely disappointed this time around with the services that should’ve been provided almost 2 weeks ago. Pictures below for my current situation. There is so much water being taken on that all the pipes are currently floating and the large pipe sticking up out of the ground seems to appear to be severely damaged. Thanks guys…
