I was needing my old HVAC unit checked out and possibly repaired. Will was extremely professional and honest with his assessment of my failing unit. Deciding I did not need to put any more money in my 12-year-old system, I asked Will what options he could show me for a replacement system. He took the time to show me and thoroughly explain what systems and packages Pioneer provided. After I selected one, I was informed that installers would arrive the very next day! Will was a honest repairman and an amazing salesman. I really appreciate the time he spent explaining everything to me.The next day Justin and Jeremiah arrived for installation. They were both extremely professional, timely and courteous. They explained the new system and the overall workings of it. I am a very happy customer!

Xane did an excellent job. He came out and was able to diagnose the problem with our ac unit relatively quickly and by the time he got downstairs to tell me what the issue was he also knew the availability of the part we needed. He came out the next day with the part and fixed our blower motor. The price was fair and I appreciated his level of knowledge and expertise. Can’t wait for pioneer to come out and service my ac unit in the fall so we can stay on top of things. Was also happy to know they have electricians and plumbers who can look at issues. Nice to know I can just call one place for all that. Side note- my neighbor had her ac go out the same time (different issue completely). She originally called an electrician (also pioneer, on her own). When the electrician came out and check and told her it was not an electrical issue he was able to talk to their manager and have Xane go to her house across the street after he was done at my house. Crazy coincidence they were both there the same morning. He also figured out her issue and fixed it. Side note- no photos because i don’t even know how to take a photo of a blower motor and the price I paid was on the low end of the Google review range.

My coworker recommended Pioneer for air conditioning services so glad we used them! They waived the dispatch fee for being a new customer. Our technician Roderick was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to check all possible causes for why our upstairs unit wasn’t working. Thankfully it was an easy fix! I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company and their technician.

Excellent experience! Nick and Jake did a fantastic job installing our generator. Very professional, careful, and thorough! I am very pleased with the whole experience from sales to installation! Highly recommend!

Awesome GENERAC install by Nick and Josh. Very pleasant and professional that clearly take pride in the work they accomplish for Pioneer. Explained everything that would occur for the install and answered all my questions along the way. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up and walked me thru the test run, setting up the app and registration. We could not be happier with the service.
