The interaction with the staff was very pleasant. Prompt, no delays, as we love it here, and high-quality. The staff was very polite, explained everything and offered helpful tips. I forgot my card, and they accepted payment by bank transfer – a real help. They saved everything I needed to a disk, communicating via WhatsApp, without the need for flash drives or anything else. The office is cool, clean, and there's pleasant music playing. There's no crowding. Overall, I was in heaven. Many thanks to the manager and staff for their excellent work.

Objectively, customer focus is zero. I printed non-standard-sized photos. They printed them with white edges. They refused to cut them (first they said they didn't have time, then that the cutter was busy, then that they charged extra for that), but they offered me scissors so I could do it myself. Great! If I order a product, I want the final product, not a work-in-progress... I've printed photos of this size in various places, but this was the first time I've encountered a price of 150 rubles per photo. They also refused to print one miserable A4 sheet of Word document. I think it's because I had a more interesting client behind me. Communication was incredibly difficult; I won't be going back!

My daughter and I were there today. We needed to take ID photos. I DON'T KNOW: 1. Should there be a person at the reception desk? Or is there not one designated for it? 2. There's a person sitting at the computer, looming over him, staring at the POP screen. 3. The computer person asks a question and asks our needs. 4. Then we're completely ignored. No explanation, no "someone will be right there," no "sorry, I'll finish up and then get to you." Meanwhile, there's a sign on the stand that ID photos are taken without waiting in line. Question: How long do you have to wait there to get your photo taken? Answer: I don't know! I left and took my 200 rubles to someone else, a more attentive one. It's not a fact that this ignoring happens on a regular basis. But it really bothered me.

The service used to be fast, polite, and efficient, and the staff was good. Now they've hired a new employee who's rude and has absolutely no respect for customers. Apparently, he wasn't trained in customer service. I explained what I needed to do three times, but he ended up doing the wrong thing. He was also rude to me and refused to accept payment from the payment terminal.
