I unfortunately had the worst experience with the CEO, Jason Kelly, who handled my account. He charged me monthly web hosting fees for a year + and an initial deposit, while not rendering a website or any evidence of completed work up until now. He refused to take my calls or meet in person. After a year of hardly any communication via email only, and no website, he responded with great hostility. I feel taken advantage of and defrauded for paying monthly fees for over a year for web hosting of a website that does not exist! I would take great caution when working with this agency.
