Not perfect but I can say it is somewhat safe to live here. All amenities are available as promised. 24/7 security and movie on weekends but they stop on this, hopefully they will return this back.

It's a nice area of Tanza. Most of the houses aren't yet finished and the quality isn't very good. Most materials are cheap and the area is far from finished. The only thing that's really nicely done is the guards. They're very professional and very friendly.

Super ganda na ng facade. Yung townhouse nila compact, complete na & fitting quality for the price. If mas malaki hanap, buy two.. still its not too heavy sa budget, compared sa other offers around Cavite. Sa amenities & lifestyle pa lang best deal na. IMO, for a budding young proj, this is one, if not, THE best one to invest in. The pros are too many to mention pero specifically bc of the strategic locs. They also improved & developed a lot in the past year so investing now is very recommended. Friendly advise lng to young investors like me, pre-selling comes with patience.. Even the most 'high-end' of properties have some delays/probs also kaya its not worth to stress abt it :) may RFO if mainipin, but be prepared to cashout a fair amount. Investments come w/ risks kaya manage it calmly should u encounter probs. There's always a way to solve things :) The people I know personally who likewise have invested in various Phirst locs doesn't have much complain except some minor tech issues lang like manual ang resibo.. but then again, its easily managed since may Auto-Debit/PDCs naman so u have transaction records of your monthly..pde rin kayo request SOA. Plus, big factor tlga ang trusted & reliable agent who can assist you well. All in all, worth it lahat in the end ❤

kinda a little bit small but cheap and quiet. didn't have the chance to live inside yet. don't know what's the experience living in this community.
