PHirst Park Homes Calamba

Phirst Park Homes is a good choice if you want to buy property (House and Lot) but it will depend on its location like in Calamba, Laguna. What I don't like is the rough road and a bit congested area going to the Subdivision. It is also a bit inconvenient going back and forth from Phirst Park Calamba to Manila since the location is a bit far in the Bus Terminal if you are a regular commuter. Supposed to give 2 stars but Phirst Park itself is a good choice to have a new home. Better choose a different location like what we did.

Worst customer service. They dont even answer to phone calls and emails and when you visit their office they have a lot of excuse. They dont really care about customers here. I have 2 units here, 1 is already turned over but the after sales...oh my goodness its ridiculous....

Very poor post sales experience. A lot of issues in the unit upon turnover but since we didn’t stay in the unit right away (since we are living abroad), Phirst Park claimed that we have to use our own money to fix all the issues since its already outside of the warranty period when in fact. A lot of restrictions when doing renovations inside and outside of the unit, you even have to pay a ridiculous amount and submit a lot of documents to get your renovations approved. The higher the renovation amount, the higher the premium they will ask from you. No proper handover of Amilyar unless you followed up to them. Over all, very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Cheaply-made house. You’ll get a brand new house that will need lots of repairs before you even move in! Leaks here and there, flying roof, broken tiles, cheap door knob, and chipped paint all over. And oh boy, it ain’t damn cheap. We recently then decided to do some repairs due to their insufficiencies, then the guard suddenly came over to ask my worker for a permit that needs to be paid. The audacity. 😂 What a big joke this place is. 🤡

Having a Mount Makiling view in this site will surely add to your interest.
