I took the unit september 2020, and guess what until now theres ni turn over happening? I never delayed any payment , every yeay they are promising the turn over and its not even happening, even update they are not providing unless ill send them an email. This is suppossed to be home of my mom, but unfortunately she already leave us and didnt even see the fruit of my labor workinv abroad. And now im planning to seek a legal advice regarding this its already too much 😤😡

I read the other reviews. From my experience, my agent is ok. The complainers I read here are the after-sales transactions and it's quite alarming. HOPEFULLY, the management of PHIRST PARK HOMES will act on it. If you are looking for a gated community, this is ok, a few minutes away from Tagaytay. The weather from Oct to Feb is cold. Have not tried yet the summer season.

Turnover was delayed and the unit had multiple unfinished and defective items. Despite several follow-ups and promises, repairs were not completed on time. Hoping for better quality control and customer service improvement

Based on my observation, I think the company is the main problem then next to there subordinates/ management and agents are responsible in all kinds of issues and complains. No team works, no actions is a big red flags...

Here's my honest Review of Phirst Park Homes Batulao. Our agent was very helpful, and even the sales manager who assisted us on the day of our reservation remained supportive until we finally received our unit. Their assistance throughout the process was much appreciated. For the turnover date, I would rate it 4/5. We understood from the start that, being a pre-sell home, it might take 2–3 years before turnover. However, the rescheduling was frustrating, especially since we were told the unit was fully completed, yet there was still a delay due to inspections. Fortunately, our unit did not have any major issues upon turnover, which was a relief. Customer service was a bit disappointing. It took them months to respond to emails, and their customer service hotline rarely picked up. Once the unit is turned over, you really have to be proactive in following up on requests, as they don't usually initiate updates unless you ask. Location-wise, it's great! The cool Tagaytay breeze reaches the area despite being in Nasugbu. It's also very peaceful—even in sections where residents have already moved in. If you're considering buying a unit here, keep in mind that a pre-sell home is not for those who need a ready-to-move-in property. The waiting period is long, so this type of property might be more suitable for investment purposes (such as Airbnb) or a retirement home. Overall, I’m still giving Phirst Park Homes Batulao a positive review because it served its purpose for us. But be prepared for some challenges, especially with customer service and waiting for the turnover.
