Hi. We were informed by the technician today that we need to remove all clothing items because the entire area will be sprayed with chemicals. (Win the technician was patient and kind though) This is information that should have been communicated well in advance. Had we known earlier, we would have had sufficient time to properly pack and move our belongings to avoid chemical exposure. Instead, we are now forced to handle a large amount of clothing and other items at the very last minute, which has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to our daily routine. What is especially frustrating is that I specifically asked yesterday whether there was anything we needed to clear or prepare beforehand, and no mention was made of needing to empty the area of clothing or belongings. Failing to communicate such an important requirement earlier is highly unprofessional and reflects poor coordination on your end. We would appreciate better communication and proper advance notice moving forward so tenants can make the necessary preparations without unnecessary stress or disruption.

I am very satisfied with Pest Clinic’s service. From first contact to scheduling to the actual service performed, the whole process was clear, efficient and very professional. Both Yvonne who handled my text queries and Raif who visited to render the service were warm and friendly. I will readily recommend the company to friends who require such services.

Slow to respond and when they finally did they declined to help us spray for moths on our balcony as they couldn’t identify the pest from pictures (it is a simple moth). I told them what it was (although seems like a competent pest control would know a common pest or at least search google before responding) and now they say that they can treat but cannot guarantee the effects on plants. What? Proactively unhelpful. Waste of time. If you’re too busy to take new clients just say that instead of running people around.
