I can’t fault the service from this company - with a special mention to their sales supervisor Kelvin - who was super responsive over chat and arranged to come assist at short notice. Unlike other companies I reached out to, Kelvin listened and provided much-needed solutions, going above and beyond to ensure our bird mite problem was addressed quickly and effectively. He helped coordinate necessary remediation works with a contractor and personally assisted with the pest removal. Staff members Moksin and Ah Wei were also very thorough and professional. Overall I am very impressed with this company and their service and can definitely recommend.
