Very disappointed with the cooperation with this marketing agency. At the sales stage, everything looked convincing: presentations, promises, confidence in the results. After signing the contract, the enthusiasm disappeared somewhere. Communication became slow, answers were vague, and specifics had to be literally "knocked out". The promotion strategy turned out to be templated. It seems that it was simply adapted for us without a deep analysis of the niche and competitors. No tangible individual work. KPIs sounded nice, but I never saw a clear roadmap with real mechanics of achieving the result. The reports are formal. Lots of general figures without explanations of what exactly was done and how it affected the business. To direct questions - general answers. At some point, there was a feeling that the process was being imitated, and not conducted systematically. Given the cost of the services, I expected a completely different level of involvement and professionalism. As a result - wasted time, budget and nerves. Maybe someone has been luckier, but my experience of cooperation is negative. I recommend that you carefully write down all obligations and do not rely only on promises.

I had a negative experience working with this agency. In words - strategy, analytics, "individual approach", in fact - launching advertising without a deep dive into the product and audience. They promote everything in a row to spin the budget, and not to build a systemic result. Today one recommendation, tomorrow the opposite, and every time the "market" or "algorithms" are to blame. The feeling is that the main thing for them is to sell the service, and not to be responsible for the effectiveness. My experience is time and money spent without a clear result, so I cannot recommend it.

The impression was very disappointing. Many beautiful words and little result. Constant excuses instead of solving problems. Cooperation left more stress than benefit.
