He was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain the cause of the blockage and how to prevent it from happening again. The price was also very reasonable for the entire service. This is the first time i engaged Mr Raja's plumbling service after reading all the positive reviews especially "fast job, knowledgeable, neat and no mess" just to name a few. However, this is just the start of my new ordeal to add on to my current washing machine drainage issue. I am experiencing leaking problem with my washing machine drainage pipe. Every wash will cause a mini flood around the washing machine area. I contacted Mr Raja via the website whatsapp number, he said he will arrange his colleague to attend to my case. That was fine with me as i believe their entire team should be equally professional. However, the messy and incomplete job done was devastating. This colleague said "clear the choke", he just start pumping and filling up my kitchen sink with water, and release the trap, all of a sudden dirty water starts gushing out from the washing machine pipe. I was horrified as the flood was worse than during a laundry wash and this is not detergent fluid but soiled fluid with debris. This was repeated 3 times, each time i asked him is there no way to collect and contain the dirty water that was gushing out? My kitchen is flooding! He impatiently tell me "this dirty water have to come out, later i clean" To make matters worse, because he did not prior inform me this is going to happen, my appliances and furnitures that are around that area, are all soiled. When i asked him why he did not prepare me before he start the job? So i can remove everything and leave that area clear and empty for his messy job. His reply was "i also don't know dirty water will come out!" But moments ago he just told me "this dirty water must come out" Finally he packs his stuff and wants to leave, even before i can test the washing machine drainage. By now i already whatsapp Mr Raja my frustration and was informed that he is overseas, that's why he sent his colleague instead, and he will tell his colleague to clean up the site. This colleague then ask me for a rug and soak up the water on the floor and left. Leaving behind an incomplete job and an irresponsible comment "i don't know solve or not, if not solve no need pay, boss will call you!" His 45mins job leaves me with 2.5hrs of cleaning and a washing machine drainage pipe that is still leaking.
