Paul and his team exceeded expectations. First, Paul answered his phone on a Sunday. Then within two days my broken water softener and tankless water heater was installed. His team communicated well and cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship of Eric was outstanding.

Very quick! We had issues with our water heater and they scheduled us quickly and showed up before the scheduled time which i appreciate. Very clear communication and breaking down the issues plus giving advice and ways to prevent the issue from happening again. (Hopefully won’t need to) but would definitely use again for other repairs!

I currently had an issue with my plumbing, and Faith was so understanding and was able to schedule one of their plumbers to come to my home the next day. When Alex arrived he was friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. Alex was fast and immediately diagnosed the problem. These guys did a great job and saved me a lot of money. A previous plumbing company wanted to change a entire system That would've cost thousands of dollars and PEPS Fixed it by simply putting in the correct valve. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Such quick service! It was a Monday night, after hours, when it was discovered that we need a new hot water heater. I called PEPS intending to leave a voicemail at the office number but to my surprise the phone was answered by the owner. He scheduled a service call for the next day! The installer, Alex, was even a little earlier than the anticipated time. Courteous, professional and quick installation.
