Despite all of this, Pearl Lemon refused to accept responsibility or issue a refund. This is not a values-driven company. Client satisfaction is not a priority. Once the sale is closed, you are on your own. Working with Pearl Lemon was one of the worst professional decisions we’ve made, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
