My company purchased the license over a year ago. The first year included support, which was mediocre. We were never taught how to use all the modules during the training. When the year was up, they quoted us for support that was nearly as expensive as the license (approximately 60% of the cost). The individual services were also disproportionately priced, but they were our solution until next year when we were forced to look for another system. Software: ~OK 6/10 Technical support: Poor and expensive 1/10

OJO!! Cuidado con este proveedor! El servicio de soporte técnico es pesimo y su costo es irreal. Completamente informal por Whatsapp, dejan de responder, ignoran la mitad de mensajes y quieren cobrar extra por todo. Nunca nos enseñaron la funcionalidad completa y para instalar reinstalar en un equipo quieren cobrar montos ilogicos. Un modelo de negocios basado en asimetría, practica muy deshonesta. This is a very good accounting system. I like it because it simplifies accounting with the reports it provides.

The billing system they provide is user-friendly, easy to use, intuitive, and very useful for managing a business. The technical and administrative team provides excellent support. I recommend it.

One of the worst technical support services I've ever had. Unprofessional WhatsApp support. They respond with a few messages every 30 minutes, and you even have to write to them again the next day because they stop responding. Also, for any BUG (not even a request), they want to charge you $50 + VAT as a minimum, even though you already purchased the program for a large sum of money.
