My Gaming mouse wasn’t working properly anymore and I thought the damaged USB cable was the culprit. I asked Mr. Sugaya to repair it. It turned out it wasn’t only the USB cable but also the click sensor. Due to the design of the mouse (Razer Naga), opening and repairing turned out extremely difficult. However, Mr. Sugaya did a wonderful job and the mouse is working like new! His pricing was very fair and I was more than satisfied with the service and his friendly and professional explanations.

Great service restoring and cleaning my PC to optimal condition

I was having trouble getting my data back into a tower PC from about 20 years ago, as it wouldn't boot up. I looked online and, since it was nearby, I brought my HDD in and left it with them. After a week or two, I received a call saying that the data had been fully recovered, and they gave me a USB stick containing the recovered data. It was perfect. I am extremely grateful and impressed. The price was reasonable, and the overall service was excellent. I am very thankful that they will continue to help me with various issues in the future.
