Paradise Now - Restaurant & Bar

I visited Paradise Now and had a really enjoyable experience. The place strikes a great balance between entertainment and comfort, making it ideal for a night out with friends The sound system is good and a wide selection of songs. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and nicely lit, with comfortable seating that makes long singing sessions more enjoyable. What really sets this KTV apart is their food and drinks. Unlike many karaoke spots that offer limited snacks, this one serves a surprisingly good range of dishes. The food is flavorful and well-presented — perfect for sharing.Their drinks menu is also extensive, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The cocktails were nicely balanced, and the staff was attentive when we needed refills or recommendations. Service was friendly and efficient. Staff checked in at appropriate times without being intrusive, and everything from ordering to billing was smooth. The pricing is reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and the food. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, sing your heart out, and enjoy good food and drinks all in one spot. I would definitely come back again.

Visited once in October 2025 & the other time in January 2026. Really enjoyed myself. Pastas were delicious & their mains are quite nice too. Overall, I feel like it’s worth to spend your time & money here. They even have a live band & can even request for them to sing certain songs that you want!

The plain water had a muddy aftertaste — not the best first impression. The digital menu didn’t help either; it was more confusing than clarifying. Ala carte prices list Soup of the Day at $5 and Mushroom Truffle Soup at $7, yet the set meal includes Soup of the Day with an “upgrade” to Truffle Mushroom Soup for $2… which somehow doesn’t come with bread. I genuinely assumed bread was standard with soup. The menu logic also needs a rethink. Lamb shank is only available as a set, no ala carte; beef steak is only ala carte, no set. And there was only one lamb shank available that evening. That’s not demand forecasting — that’s a lucky draw framed as a menu strategy. On top of that, the digital menu pushes set meals first, and these don’t include SAFRA members’ discounts. The “no discount” clause is only buried in fine print inside the PDF menu. Food-wise, the Truffle Mushroom Soup had no truffle aroma or flavour, and parts of the beer-battered fish tasted distinctly fishy. I came because of the strong reviews, but this will be the first and last visit — there are simply better options out there.

We were so happy to be greeted by Jerico at Paradise Now. He was so friendly and took great pictures for us, making all the mothers very happy. He also patiently recommended the dishes and provided excellent service throughout. 😊

Had a really pleasant time at Paradise at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang. May who served us was super friendly, attentive, and always smiling. handled everything quickly even though it was quite busy. Food was good and plus point there is a live band. Really appreciated the warm and polite service — it made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back! 👍
