My business has used Paperbox as out primary SEO agency for over three years now. Since then, we've seen excellent growth in our organic traffic and conversions. We've also experienced improved page rankings on a number of branded and non-branded keywords. Paperbox has worked with us on a number of unique campaigns and "projects" that were likely outside of their normal strategy/scope. They've always been accommodating to my feedback and requests. Their experts and writing staff typically do excellent work. Like any business, I think there are some areas they could improve on, mostly related to how they schedule and track progress of their work. 4.7/5 stars, but rounding up to 5 here.

I worked with this company as a contractor. The work itself was straightforward, and the remote setup was convenient. However, my experience was overshadowed by repeated delays in payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, agreed-upon payment dates were missed, and I’m still owed money for completed work. Communication around payroll was inconsistent, and resolving fundamental payment issues took an unreasonable amount of time. Based on my experience, I do not recommend partnering with or working with this company.
